We are gathering small, agile teams of deeply technical nerds, each specialising in a specific software or technological function. The Tech Collective is yours to develop, explore and care for. You won’t find many rules and guidelines – and that’s on purpose. It’s a collective. Of people. Of their ideas and their brilliance. And we want it to stay that way.

Can I apply in another language than English?
In all of our job posts, you will find an indication of which language you can apply in. You may see differences in the individual job openings due to the nature or the location of the position.
Which documents do I need to upload to apply for a job?
To apply for our open positions, you need to upload your updated resume, a cover letter and your academic transcripts.
Do you offer student positions?
Yes, we most definitely do. Check out our open positions or send us an unsolicited application. Normally, we post student positions in both autumn and spring – so keep an eye out during these periods of time. As a student at Implement, you will be included in projects and assignments with clients on (almost) the same terms as our consultants and full-time employees. We believe that you will have the steepest learning curve when you are given responsibilities – no matter if you are a student or an experienced consultant. And we like to invest in our students, so you – if you perform well – can continue your career with us after your final graduation.

Most definitely yes. Either you can apply for one of our open positions or apply unsolicited and indicate who they are in your application. You will find a specific field saying, “Do you know anyone from The Tech Collective?”. Alternatively, you can reach out to them directly and ask them to refer you to our Talent Attraction team in person.
Can I connect with people who work in the team I want to join?
You will almost always find a contact person from the team in our job posts, and you are very welcome to reach out to this person. You can also always reach out to our Talent Attraction team. They will be able to guide you through our recruitment experience or refer you to a relevant consultant who will be able to answer your questions

What does our recruitment process look like?
Our recruitment process consists of four phases: a pre-screening, screening, assessing and hiring phase. Initially, you will have a mutual introduction with one of our Implementers to get an understanding of what we expect from you in the process and give you the opportunity to ask all the questions you might have so you feel well-prepared for the process. During the recruitment process, we will do our very best to keep you well informed while our colleagues assess your mastery, your ways of working and your passions as well as get to know you as a potential new team member. Our hope is that we will have great conversations about what matters in the role of a consultant at Implement and give you the possibility to get to know us and our culture.
Will I get feedback on my interview?
Yes, of course. You will always get personal feedback on your interview either in writing or on the phone. We strive to always give feedback within 48 hours. You will also get feedback on cases and tests. This will happen during your interview.
When will I hear back from you after my final interview?
After completing your final interview, you will hear back from us within 2-3 days – unless otherwise advised at the interview.
What kind of compensation package do you offer?
The compensation package will depend on the position you apply for and the brilliance you bring. However, the compensation package also includes being part of a culture that offers unique experiences and iconic moments with like-minded nerds – as well as a unique training academy to develop your professional as well as personal skills.
Can I request to work from home?
As a rule of thumb, we work in a hybrid model. We celebrate autonomy, and one of the ways we do this is to work in the way that suits each of us – of course always with consideration of your team and the preferences of the client you are working with.
